摘要
法律理念的重要意义有二:一则在于弥补法律的不足,二则在于以超越的目光审视实然的法律,以其所追求的价值理念,使恶法由污浊变为清澈,使有缺陷的法变得比较完善,使良法变得更加美好。
There are two important meanings of legal idea：one is that it can make up the scarcity of law; another is that it can survey realistic law through surpassing sight. Using its pursuing value idea can change the bad law from grime to limpidity; the defective law to more perfect; the good law to more goodliness.
