Face to the countryside, and construct an education platform for village teachers

湖北省启动农村教师素质提高工程,开展农村乡镇中小学教师、校长培训是一项“德政工程”和“民心工程”。本文结合自身组织农村乡镇中小学教师培训工作的实践,对面向农村,构筑乡村教师教育平台等问题进行了探讨。

It is a ＂good work＂ and ＂popular project＂ to start work to improve the quality of teachers in rural Hubei Province and carry out the training for primary, secondary teachers and principals in rural township. Combining with their own practice of organizations in rural primary and secondary teacher training, this paper discusses on constructing a platform for village teacher education issues facing to the countryside.
