On the new development of the international law of anti-terrorism——based on the Resolution 1373 of United Nations Security Council

联合国安理会1373号决议实质上是联合国为了维护国际社会共同利益而对现行反恐怖主义国际立法加以完善的一个重要的国际法文件,尽管1373号决议有着不少缺憾,但其及时的对现行国际法进行了有益的补充,推动了反恐怖主义国际法的发展。

Resolution No 1373 of the United Nations Security Council is in essence an important document of international law to protect the common interest of international society and perfect the current international legislation of anti-terrorism. Even though there are some drawbacks with the Resolution No 1373, it well supplements the current international law in time and enhances the development of the inter national law of anti-terrorism.
