摘要
目的探讨固本化痰方对痰阻血脉大鼠血脂代谢及巨噬细胞超微结构的影响,部分揭示痰邪的致病机理。方法6~7周龄正常雄性Wisrar大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、模型组、固本化痰方低剂量组、固本化痰方高剂量组、西药对照组5组,在高脂血症基础上建立痰证模型,比较各组大鼠血脂代谢的改变,透射电镜下观察主动脉内皮巨噬细胞的超微结构。结果与正常组相比,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C显著升高,HDL-C显著降低。各治疗组血脂水平与模型组有差异(P〈0.05)或显著差异(P〈0.01)。电镜观察固本化痰方高剂量组主动脉内皮更接近正常。结论固本化痰方可降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平,并对痰证造成的血管内皮损伤起保护作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of Guben Hutan prescription (GBHTP) on metabolism of blood lipid and ultrastructure of macroghage in rats with blood hindered from free flow by phlegm, and partially disclose the pathogenesis of phlegm-pathogen. Methods: Fifty normal male rats, 6 ~ 7 week in age, randomly divided into five groups, normal group, model group, high dosage group, low dosage group and control group. Establishing the model of phlegm syndrome by the method of feeding with high lipid diet. Contrasting the pathological changes in blood lipid with each other, and observing the ultrastructural pathological states of macrophage under transmission electron microscop~ Results: Contrasting with the normal group, model group has significant difference in the level of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C. The three treatment groups has difference (P〈0. 05) or obvious difference(P〈0. 01) with model group, The state in vascular endothelium of the groups treated with traditional Chinese herb were nearly normal. Conclusion: GBHTP can effectively reduce the level of TC, TG, LDL-C and improve the expression Of HDL-C. It seems have protective effects on vascular endothelial damage induced by phlegm-pathogen.
