灯盏花素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后ET、TXA_2和PGI_2代谢的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Breviscapine on Metabolism of ET,TXA_2 and PGI_2 after Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion in Rats

摘要 目的观察灯盏花素对大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注后血浆和脑组织ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α含量的影响。方法选用Wistar大鼠制作Pulsinelli四血管阻断(4VO)脑缺血再灌注模型,以川芎嗪为对照,采用放射免疫法测定灯盏花素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血浆和脑组织ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α含量的影响。结果灯盏花素能显著降低脑缺血再灌注后血浆和脑组织ET(P<0.05)、TXB2含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),降低TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值(P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素通过改变血管活性物质的含量从而对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。 Objective: To observe the effects oi Breviscapine on contents oi endothelin, thromboxane B2 and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1α of brain tissue and plasma after acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: Ischemia-reperfusion models were created in Wistar rats by Pulsinelli's 4VO. The contents of ET, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α of brain tissue and plasma were measured after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by radio-immunity. Moreover, Ligustrazine was the contrast drug. Results:Breviscapine decreased ET(P〈0. 05) and TXB2 (P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01) in brain tissue and plasma. TXB2/6-Keto- PGF1, also decreased (P〈0. 01). Conclusion. Breviscapine prevented the injury of acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by changing the contents of vasoactive substance.
