目的用凝胶电泳建立对人工牛黄蛋白质的研究方法。方法利用IFE、SDS-PAGE、PAGE技术,进行牛黄中蛋白质的电泳实验。结果得到清晰的电泳图谱。结论该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可对牛黄及其制剂的鉴别提供重要参数。

Objective.To establish the method of proteins of Calculus Bovis by gel electrophoresis. Methods： Horizontal gel is prepared by using Amphline and a crylamide and the condition of electrophoresis is optimized. Results： there were two types Of proteins of Calculus BoVis. Conclusion： This method is accurate, reliable,and with good reproducibility.It can be applied to important factors Of Calculus Bovis and the preparation.
