邓小平同志在1992年初视察南方的重要谈话中,提出了“把专政机构教育好”的思想。其着眼点是:1.巩固我国人民民主专政的国家政权;2.维护团结稳定的政治局面,集中精力进行现代化建设;3.两手抓,搞好社会主义精神文明建设;4.培养年轻一代接班人。其具体内容为:1.进行无产阶级专政学说的教育;2.进行党的基本路线的教育;3.进行社会主义民主和法制的教育;4.进行理想道德文化纪律的教育。

On his inspection tour in the south at the beginning of 1992, Deng Xiaoping put forward his thought-educating the personnel of the organ of dictatorship to be good. Its objects in mind： 1. consolidate the state power of people＇s democratic dictatorship in our country; 2. maintain the unity and stability to concentrate our energy on the development of modernization; 3. do well in the construction of spiritual civilization; 4. train young successors. Its specific contents： 1. education in the theory of proletarian dictatorship; 2. education in the basic line of the Party; 3. education in the socialist democracy and legal system; 4. education in ideals, ethics, culture and discipline.
