The Teachers' Professional Development in The View of Tacit Knowledge

摘要 人类有两种知识即显性知识与缄默知识。由于种种原因,人们对缄默知识及其作用普遍贬低与忽视,但缄默知识却是认识的重要来源。教师专业发展依赖于教师的实践知识,实践知识中绝大部分是教师的缄默知识,教师的缄默知识就成为教师专业发展的关键所在。 The humanity has two kinds of knowledge :the dominant knowledge and the tacit knowledge. As a result of all sorts of reasons, people generally disparage and neglect the tacit knowledge and its function ,but the tacit knowledge is actually the important understanding origin. The teachers' professional development relies on their knowledge of practice ,most of which is teachers' tacit knowledge ,so teachers' tacit knowledge becomes the key in teachers' professional development.
