论入境旅游者权益之保护

On the Protection of the Foreign Tourists'Interest

随着物质生活水平的提高,人们在闲余时间愈来倾向于跨境旅游。自从改革开放以来,国外游客来华旅游的人数与日俱增,国外游客作为入境旅游者有着与国内游客诸多的不同,而入境旅游者的权益如何进行特别的保护,则是关系到旅游业全面发展的问题。笔者力图就这一问题提出一点看法。

With the improvement of material livingstandard the people tend to make a tour to other countries. The number of foreign tourists in china is increasing very fast after reform and opening. There are many differences between inlands tourists and foreign tourists. How to protect the interest of the foreign tourists specially is very important to the general improvement of Chinese tourism. The author tries to raise his personal idea about it.
