摘要
现代物流区别于传统物流最重要的特性就是系统化。物流系统化的内涵是统一性、协调性和整合性,其目标是“以顾客为核心”,使其效益最大化。从钢铁企业现行物流系统整体来看,主要问题是物流的纵向或横向都被分割断了,物流系统总体运行效率低下,钢铁企业物流亟待整合。钢铁企业应从物流整合的目标、原则和策略三个方面整合企业物流。
The vital characteristic that distinguishes modem and traditional Logistics is systemization.The connotation of the systemization of Logistics is unity, harmony and integrity, which aims to take customers as core and maximizes benefit. From the entire system of logistics of steel enterprises, the main problem is touched by its being segmented vertically and horizontally and running wholly at low efficiency, therefore the Logistics is in instant need of integration. Generally, steel enterprises should integrate logistics from three aspects： object, principle and strategy.
