摘要
学校人性化管理不仅涉及到老师,还应主要考虑到学生。只有这样,学校教育才会呈现人性美,展示人性美,张扬人性美;才能使教育从关注浅层次的“行动效果”上升到对人的发展生命意义的探求,学校的管理才会迈向新台阶。
Humanistic management in schools are involved in not only teachers but also students. Only so, can school education present the beauty of human nature, demonstrate the beauty of human nature, spread the beauty of human nature, then can make education go from the attention to "action effect" to the exploration of development for human. The management of school can just march toward new step.
