移植西方法治文化对于我国建设社会主义法治国家是有益的。我们在移植西方法治文化的过程中,不仅要学习西方国家一些有益的政治法律制度,还要通过宣传、研究和交流的方法来培养民主法治意识,还必须对我国传统文化中一些阻碍法治文化发展的部分进行改造,实现法治文化本土化的目的。
