民办高校“三分法”教学模式对当前高等职业技术教育的启示

民办高校与高等职业教育相比,有很多相似之处,生源入学时低分数相对较多,甚至形成独具特征的学生层次。在这种条件下,“以人为本”,即以学生为本,运用相应的教育原理方法,对学生进行科学的排列组合,并实行因材施教,使之成为符合国家教育指导思想要求,适应社会需要的合格人才,民办高校“三分法”教学模式对当前高等职业技术教育的发展具有有益的启示。
