摘要 在提取椭圆类齿轮设计共性的基础上,以具有椭圆普遍性质的高阶变性椭圆为基本数学模型,可视化面向对象的编程语言VB6.0为开发工具,建立了椭圆类齿轮CAD系统。阐述了该CAD系统的构成、主要模块功能及软件系统的实现。系统具有设计与测绘参数校核两大功能。 After collecting the general characters of designing ellipse species gears, by applying highorder deformed ellipse as the basic mathematic model, whose properties are common to ellipses, the CAD system was built with VB 6.0 which is a visual and object-oriented program language. The function of main modules and the realization of the system are introduced. Two main functions, to design new gears and check the test data of a real gear, are achieved in the CAD system by fully considering the individual application and the idea of designers. This provides a convenient and efficient computer-aided design tool of ellipse gears whose application occupies absolute majority part in the field of non-circular gears.
