摘要
研究采用极谱法测定通过金橙G树脂分离富集的土壤样品中的金含量的方法。实验表明,上柱酸度为pH1.0,柱高200mm,过柱流速0.4mL·min-1时金能被定量富集。用极谱法测定,回收率在91.5%~104%之间。该方法对金的线性测定范围为0.1μg·m^(L-1)~1000μgm^(L-1)。标样测定结果与标准值吻合。
The conditions for seperation and preconcentration of Au in soil sample with gold orange-G chelate resin have been investigated. Experiments show that when pH is 1.0, the column is 200ram and the flow rate is 0.4mL·min^-1, Au can be quantitatively prcconccntrated. The recoveries determined by polarography arc in the range of 91.5%-104%, The linear measurement range of Au being between 0.1μg·mL%-1-1000μg·mL^-1. The results obtained ate in agreement with the recommended values of standard reference material.
