摘要
短跑运动员的力量训练,应结合自身特点,着重发展最大力量和速度力量。不同运动水平运动员在不同发展阶段的生理生化指标是发展最大力量、速度力量的负荷强度定量依据。训练中,要在保重完成动作质量的前提下,对力量训练内容有针对性地加以调配,选择适合不同发展特点运动员的力量发展途径与方法。
The strength training for sprinters should stress the development of maximum strength and speed strength based on their own characteristics. The physiological and biochemical indexes of sprinters at different athletic level in different phases are the quantitative basis for loading intensity in developing maximum strength and speed strength. In training under the premise of ensuring movement quality, the strength training contents should be adjusted pertinently. Ways and methods suitable for strength development of the sprinters with different characteristics should be chosen.
