摘要
师德建设是师资队伍建设的关键问题。影响师德建设的因素是多元的,其中教师评价作为高校教师管理的手段,对师德塑造有着直接的影响。教师评价是否科学、合理,对教师道德塑造会产生正负两面的作用。
The Construction of teachers＇ morality is essential to the construction of the teaching staff. There are many factors that influence the construction of teachers＇ morality, and the assessment of teachers is a direct factor as a kind of management means. Whether the assessment of teachers is scientific and reasonable or not will have both positive and negative effect on their morality development.
