摘要
在MS培养基中加入BA 1.0 mg/L时可产生3个健壮的丛生苗,采用组织培养技术快速繁殖刺人参幼苗具有可行性,这对保护和开发濒危的刺人参资源具有极其重要的意义.
Three vigorous shoots were obtained in MS medium added 1.0 mg/L BA. Rapid propagation of plantlets in Oplopanax elatus was feasible by using tissue culture, and this technique had significance for utilizing and protecting the natural resource of Oplopanax elatus which is in severe danger.
