在溶液中,氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质微粒存在形式有Yn+、Y(n-1)+……Y±、Y-……Ym-等各种形式。当pH>pI时,主要存在形式可能为Y±、Y-、Y2-……Ym-;pH<pI时,主要存在形式可能为Y±、Y+、Y2+……Yn+。m、n分别为自由羧基、自由氨基数目。
In solution, amino acid, polypeptide and protein may exist in the following forms such as Y^n+、Y^(n-1)+……Y^±、Y^-……Y^m- and the like. If pH〉pI, their main existence forms are likely to be Y^±、Y^-、Y^2-……Y^m- if pH〈pI, their main existence forms are likely to be Y^±、Y^+、Y^2+……Y^n+ , m and n are respectively the number of free carboxyl and free azyl.
