摘要 采用毛细管区带电泳法测定了中药姜黄中姜黄素的含量.在30 mmol/L Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(pH=10.30)中实现了姜黄组分的分离,并对不同浓度溶剂的提取效率进行了比较. A capillary zone electrophoresis method to separate and determine curcumin content in turmeric is established. The fine experimental condition is 30 mmol/L tetreborate, pH = 10.30,16kV, 254 nm. The contents of curcumin in different turmeric sample solution are determined. This method gives a curcumin quality specification if estimating relative pharmaceutical quality.
