摘要
目的了解不同时间、不同血清层对血糖测定结果的影响。方法用一次性管式采血器采血后放置,自然析出血清(30 min),即对上层血清进行测定,在血液离体1、2、5 h后分别对不同血清层的血糖进行测定。以3次测定结果的算术平均值作为测定结果。结果随着时间的延长上层血清中血糖值迅速下降。第1次测定后到血液离体1 h再次测定上层血清血糖,相差0.06 mmol/L,2 h后降低了0.57mmol/L,5 h后下降1.42 mmol/L;随着时间的延长下层血清中血糖变化是:第1次测定到血液离体2 h后下层血清中血糖下降了0.13 mmol/L,5 h后下降1.02 mmol/L:血液离体2 h后上下层血清中血糖浓度相差0.44 mmol/L,5 h后浓度相差为0.40 mmol/L。结论利用血清测定血糖,因放置时间不同血糖值迅速下降。因此,测定血糖时采血分离血清后应尽快测定,由于血清上下层血糖分布不均匀在测定时应将血清取出充分摇匀后立即测定才可减少误差。
[ Objective] To learn the effect of different time and serum layers on determining blood sugar. [ Methods] Disposable blood specimen collectors were used to collect blood, the blood serum was precipitated naturally for 30 minutes. The upper layer of the sesum was detemfined for blood sugar. Then, the blood sugar of different layers was determined after 1, 2 and 5 hours respectively. [Results] Blood sugar value in the serum decreased rapidly as time went by. The blood sugar in the upper layer decreased by 0.06 mmol/L, 0.57 mmol/L and 1.42 mmol/L respectively for each determination; that in the bettom layer decreased by 0.44 mmol/L after 2 hours and 0.40 mmol/L after 5 hours. [ Conclusion] The blood sugar value decreases with time using scram for determination. Hence, determination should be done immediately after precipitation; errors can be avoided by shaking up the blood because the blood sugar is usually distributed unsymmetrically.
