中西医治疗淋巴结核的疗效探讨

Study of the Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Lymphoid Tuberculosis

目的探讨中西医治疗淋巴结核的临床疗效。方法选择淋巴结核患者38例,溃疡及瘘孔型5例,结节型33例;选用西药抗结核药物2H3R3Z3S3/4H3R3,中药回生灵(淋巴5号)内服,回生膏外敷,溃疡及瘘孔型外用利福平进行治疗。结果38例病人34例完成规则治疗,治疗率89.4%,治愈率100%,目前未发现复发现象。结论经过临床实践证明,中西医治疗淋巴结核治愈率高,复发少,中药配合化疗,可改善症状,提高疗效,缩短疗程,拮抗化疗药物的毒副作用,弥补了传统化疗之不足,二者结合有良好的临床疗效。

[ Objective]To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating lymphoid tuberculosis. [Methods]38 cases of lymphoid tuberculosis were selected, 5 cases were ulceration and fistula, 33 cases were protuberance. Western anti- tuberculosis medicine 2H3R3Z3S3/4H3R3 combined Chinese medicine Hui Sheng Ling （Lymph No.5） and Hui Sheng Gao was used for the treatment. [ Results] 34 out of 38 cases received regular treatment （ 89.4 % ） ; the curative rate was 100%. No recurrence was found till now. [ Conclusion] Chinese medicine combined with western medicine proves to have high curative effect with little recurrence. The combination method makes up the deficiency of traditional chemotherapy and has great clinical effect.
