On the Basic Physics Laboratory Normalization at Local Minority Universities

基础物理实验室工作的科学化、规范化管理是民族地方高校基础物理实验室管理工作发展的必然要求,也是提高基础物理实验教学质量的基本保证。结合工作实践,分析了基础物理实验室在管理中存在的主要问题,提出了基础物理实验室进行科学化、规范化管理的具体内容:改革管理体制、实行目标管理、建立健全规章制度、实施科学的指导与控制。

The scientification and normalization of basic physics labs at local minority universities are vital to the management of physics labs, and are also fundamental to guarantee its teaching quality. Based on the working practice, this article analyzed the existing problems in the labs management and put forward several measures on management, such as reforming management rules, realizing target management, establishing sound management rules, and applying scientific guidance and control.
