高等院校的建设和发展离不开实验技术队伍。努力建设一支高水平、高素质、结构合理的实验技术队伍,为教学和科研保驾护航是高等院校的基本任务之一。该文就实验技术队伍建设方面存在的几个问题进行了分析,并初步提出了一些相应的解决思路。

Laboratory technical team contributes much to the construction and development of universities. To build a high level and high quality laboratory teachnical team to serve teaching and research is one of the fundamental tasks of universities. This article analyzed some problems about the construction of laboratory staffs in our universities, and proposed some corresponding train of thoughts to solve the problems.
