摘要
运用不完全信息博弈理论,比较了高校仪器设备招标采购的几种不同形式,对几种组合招标形式的效率进行了分析;同时分析了招投标过程中出现的逆向选择和道德风险问题;并提出了高校仪器设备招标采购的一些建议。
On the basis of the imperfect information game theory, this article compared several different forms of the bidding in the process of instruments purchase in universities. Also, it analyzed the efficiency of the joint-bidding and worked over the adverse selection and moral hazard appeared in the bidding. In the end, this article save some suggestions to the bidding for university＇s instruments purchase.
