摘要
综述了国内外清洁汽油和清洁柴油的生产技术,提出了我国要根据具体国情,在“十一五”期间采取不同的策略提高柴油质量和汽油质量,实现人与自然、环境与经济的协调可持续发展。
The article summarizes cleaner gasoline and cleaner diesel production technology both home and abroad. It also puts forward that, in the light of its concrete reality, China should take different strategies to improve diesel quality and gasoline quality during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, so as to realize coordinated, sustainable development between human beings and nature as well as between environment and economy.
