研究了如何依托先进的电子地图,把所有网点及其周边的相关信息进行可视化处理,并把G IS和传统的管理信息系统整合起来,实现对网点可视化的管理.同时,通过Internet发布,使处于不同地区的用户不需安装任何插件,只需利用浏览器就可登录、使用.

This paper studies how to use advanced electronic map to represent the related information of sites directly and visually on the map, and how to connect the GIS（ Geographical Information System） and traditional management information system to realize the visual management. At the same time, releasing this system through Intemet makes the users in various areas able to register and use the system using browsers only without installing any plug-ins.
