主动脉瘤切除及升主动脉和主动脉弓人造血管置换手术的配合及护理

Operational cooperation and nursing of aortic aneurysm resection and ascending aorta and aortic arch prosthestic vessel replacement

目的探讨主动脉瘤切除及升主动脉和主动脉弓置换术的手术配合及护理。方法总结3例在体外循环下行升主动脉瘤和弓部主动脉瘤切除及升主动脉和主动脉弓人造血管置换手术的台上配合及巡回护理的效果。结果本组病例均顺利完成手术,术中洗手及巡回护士配合达预期的效果,病人术后安返监护室。结论手术室护士术前必须充分了解病人的病情,熟识手术操作过程,做好术前各种准备,术中才能配合默契,有利于手术的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the operative cooperation and nursing of aortic aneurysm resection and ascending aorta and aortic arch prosthestie vessel replacement. Methods 3 patients who received ascending aorta and aortic arch aneurysm resection as well as prosthestic vessel replacement were reviewed. The related experience of intraoperative cooperation and itinerant nursing was summarized. Results 3 operations were performed successfully. The intraoperative cooperation and itinerant nursing of nurses achieved the prospective effect. The patients came back to ICU safely after the operation. Conclusions Nurses in operatiort room should be familiar with patients＇ condition and the process of operation,and prepare well before the operation. Only in this way,the cooperation in the operation will be tacit and the operation will be well performed.
