经阴道注水腹腔镜联合宫腔镜检查不孕症患者的观察和护理

Observation and nursing on combining transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy with hysteroscopy in women with infertile

目的探讨经阴道注水腹腔镜(THL)联合宫腔镜检查不孕症患者的围手术期护理。方法对110例接受THL与宫腔镜联合检查的不孕症患者的术前、术中及术后护理进行回顾分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中术后无盆腔脏器损伤出血、直肠损伤穿孔、术后穿刺部位出血及盆腔感染等并发症发生。结论护士根据THL联合宫腔镜检查的特点,在术前、术中及术后与医生密切配合,进行有针对性的护理是手术成功的重要条件。

Objective To explore the clinical observation points and nursing care experiences of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy （THL） with hysteroscopy in women with infertile. Methods The perioperation nursing experiences of 110 patients underwent THL and hysteroscopy from May, 2003 to Mar, 2005 were reviewed retrospectively. Results All the procedures were achieved successfully. Complications such as pelvic organ injury, rectum perforation, intra-and postoperative bleeding, and postoperative pelvic inflammation did not appear. Conclusions It is very important for success of the operation to give pertinent nursing care and good cooperation with doctor according to the characters of THL and hysteroscopy.
