静滴药物分级表及输液标识单的研创与应用

Manufacture and applying about grading table of drugs by intravenous drip and symbol bill of infusion

目的研创减少静滴时药物因素引发静脉炎的新方法。方法首先,对静滴时药物因素引发静脉炎的频度进行单药静滴观察。排除非药物性因素引发的静脉炎病例后,对符合设定规范及分级标准的208种药物进行3级分类。排列出静滴时药物因素引发静脉炎频度分级表,简称静滴药物分级表(表见正文)。然后设计标志与之匹配的输液标识单。小单上除印有一般项目外,上部特别印有硕大的井字及彩色园形图案(式样见正文)。输液前取对应的标识单,填上姓名等贴于药瓶(袋)上即可。结果由于标识单的标志及分级醒目,警示护患人员,以减少发生输液性血管意外的作用明显,且有利于明确各级护士的职责及方便教学等,试用后受到普遍欢迎。结论静滴药物分级表及输液标识单的研制是一种创新,是减少静滴时药物因素引发静脉炎的一种有效方法。加之简易规范,一单多能,故极具实用与推广价值。

Objective To develop a new method to decrease phlebitis caused by intravenous drip. Methods After observing the frequency of phlebitis caused by one drug in intravenous drip and getting rid of the phlebitis caused by non-drugs, we divided 200 type drugs according to the standard of working out and classification into three types. And then, we manufacture the frequency table of drugs that could cause the phlebitis, and designed the symbol bill of infusion married with them. We printed a big ＂#＂, a color ring pattern and general items on it. You can use the symbol bill according with it and fill patients name when you use it. Results Because of its eye-catching, symbol bill and grading table play an important role in warning patients and nurses to decrease vascular accidents caused by intravenous drip, It can clear the duty of nurses and is convenient for teaching, so it is welcome. Conclusions The grading table and symbol bill are effective to decrease the phlebitis cause by intravenous drip, and it is worth of spreading and practicing because of its simple and more functions.
