护理继续教育学分管理子系统的开发与应用

Exploitation and application of credit hour management sub-system of nursing continuing education

目的实现医院护理人员继续教育学分管理的信息化,来提高继续医学教育的管理质量和效率。方法采取依托军字一号信息平台,学分原始资料与医院护理管理子系统数据资源共享,设计和开发学分管理系统并投入应用,评价其实际功效。结果该系统可根据医院规范化学分管理项目(包括护士工作量、考核成绩、学习进修、发表论文、参加学术会议和讲座、护理科研、编写著作教材、获奖科技成果等)和学分分值,对医院护理管理子系统与护理人员学分管理相关原始资料数据进行统计,并生成每个护理人员分学分,也可按照各种条件进行查询。结论该系统不但操作简便、实用性强,学分自动生成,大大提高了医院护理部对护理人员学分管理质量和效率,而且规范化强、通用性好,适合于各级医院用于各类卫生专业技术人员的学分管理。

Objective To realize the information of credit hour management of nursing continuing education in order to improve the quality and effect of nursing continuing education. Methods On the basis of ＂No. 1 of Army＂ information system, we shared the originality data of credit hour and management sub-system of nursing management, and designed and explore credit hour management system as well as apply it into practice. The infective effect was evaluated. Results The system statistics the data of management sub-system of nursing management and originality data of credit hour according to the items of credit hour management（ include nurse＇s workload, test scores, attending in a advanced studies, published papers, attending academic conference, nursing research, editing books, et al） . Individual credit hour of the nurse was made and can be inquired about. Conclusions The system is operated simply and has practicability, so it improves the quality and effect of credit hour management. In addition, it adapted to different medical worker credit hour management in different hospitals.
