内镜检查在回盲部溃疡诊断中的价值

Significance of endoscopy in diagnosis of ileocecal ulceration

目的探讨内镜检查在回盲部溃疡诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析近5年不同病因形成的回盲部溃疡患者的临床资料,共52例。最后诊断主要依据病理组织学检查,并综合结肠镜检查及临床资料。结果结肠镜前临床诊断与最后诊断符合率为21.1%(11/52);结肠镜肉眼诊断与最后诊断符合率为80.7%(42/52)。结论内镜检查对回盲部溃疡病因的诊断具有重要价值,可显著提高其确诊率。

[Objective] To study on the effectiveness of the endoscopy in diagnosing ileocecal ulceration. [Methods] Accuracy for the diagnosis of ileoeeeal ulceration caused by different diseases in 52 patients. Final diagnosis is determined by histopathology with or without the eolonoscopy or the clinical information. [Results] Compared with final diagnosis, right rate of clinical diagnosis before colonoseopy was 21.1%（11/52）, while right rate of the diagnosis by colonoscopy is 80.7%（42/52）. [Conclusions] Colonoscopy play main role in diagnosis of ileocecal ulceration, elevate the rate of diagnosis.
