摘要
目的:观察利洛司酮对离体培养的人绒毛蜕膜组织细胞分泌功能的影响,以探讨其抗早孕机理。方法:用放射免疫方法测定人绒毛蜕膜组织细胞培养液中的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)的浓度。结果:系列浓度的利洛司酮作用48h后,绒毛蜕膜组织细胞培养液中的hCG、P、E2比未作用前明显降低(P<0.05),且与利洛司酮的浓度呈负相关PGF2α比未作用前明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:利洛司酮可直接作用于人早孕绒毛蜕膜,抑制绒毛蜕膜组织细胞的内分泌激素的分泌,刺激前列腺素的合成与释放,且呈剂量依赖关系。绒毛蜕膜是利洛司酮抗早孕主要作用环节之一。
Objective: To study the effects of lilopristone on the endocrine functions of human chorionic tissues and decidual cells in early pregnancy so as to explore its termination mechanisms. Methods: HCG, P, E2 and F2α were measured by the method of radioimmuology(RIA). Results: Lilopristone inhibited the production of hCG, E2 and P, negative correlations with the level of three. At the same time, it stimulated the synthesis of PGF2α. Conclusion: Lilopristone can directly control the endocrine functions of chorionic and decidual tissue significantly and stimulate the synthesis and releasing of prostaglandin with a dose - dependent relationship.
