Relationship between "the wind" and Tumor Metastasis

恶性肿瘤转移的治疗是临床肿瘤学的一大难题,也是大多数癌症患者的死亡原因。近代中西医学者已从不同的角度,以不同的方式研究了肿瘤转移的成因以及治疗方法。作者认为“内风暗旋、肝风内动为恶性肿瘤的病理机制之一,是恶性肿瘤转移的基本条件”,阐述了恶性肿瘤机体中“内风”的成因,以及“内风暗旋、肝风内动”造成肿瘤转移的病理机制。并以此为基础,提出祛(熄)风法为恶性肿瘤和肿瘤转移中医治疗的基本大法,祛(熄)风药当为肿瘤辨证治疗用药中的重要组成部分。

The treatment for metastasis of malignant tumor is a tough problem to the clinical ontology, because tumor metastasis is the causa morris of majority of cancer patients. The cause of the formation and therapy of tumor metastasis had been studied by Chinese medicine and western medicine scholar from different aspect in different manner. This paper introduces for the first time that ＂endogenous wind-evil secret whirling and endogenous liver wind was one of the pathomechanism of malignant tumor, and was the pacing factor of metastasis of malignant tumor＂. This paper expatiated the cause of formation of ＂endogenous wind-evil＂ in the body of the patients sufferring from maligant tumor, and the pathomechanism that ＂endogenous wind-evil secret whirling and endogenous liver wind＂ resulted in tumor metastasis. On the basis of this, it was put forward that the method of dispelling wind-evil or stopping endogenous wind is the basic principle of Chinese medical treatment for maligant tumor and tumor metastasis, and the drug of dispelling wind-evil or stopping endogenous wind is an important component of the prescription in the treatment for tumor on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs.
