摘要
本文以某核电厂二回路主蒸汽隔离阀为例,介绍了腐蚀磨损中的腐蚀加速磨损与磨损加速腐蚀的交互作用机理,分析了主蒸汽隔离阀的腐蚀磨损损伤原因,建议了减少和防止腐蚀磨损的方法。
In this paper, as an example of the main steam isolation valve of the secondary loop in NPP, the phenomenon of corrosive wear of equipment in NPP is summarized and interaction mechanism of corrosion accelerating wear and wear accelerating corrosion in the process of corrosive wear is introduced and the damage reason of corrosive wear for the main steam isolation valve is analyzed. The methods of reduction and prevention from corrosion wear are recommended.
