隔区主要亚细胞群之间的纤维联系和分支投射──HRP、WGA－HRP和荧光双标记法研究

The interconnexions and branching projections between the various components of the septal nuclear complex

采用ＨＲＰ、ＷＧＡ－ＨＲＰ及荧光双标记法，对６８只大鼠隔区的主要亚细胞群隔内侧核、隔外侧核、斜角带核、隔三角核和隔微核之间的纤维联系和分支投射进行研究。结果表明，隔内、外侧核、斜角带核之间存在着丰富的往返纤维联系，隔三角核和隔微核与斜角带核之间有往返纤维联系，隔区的部分亚细胞群之间存在着分支投射。

The interconnexions and branching projections between the various components of tne septalnuclear complex in 68 rats were studied with HRP,WGA-HRP and fluorescence double labeling methods.The results of the study with HRP and WGA-HRP inethods showed that there are wide fiber connectionsamong medial septal nucleus,lateral septal nucleus,horizontal limb of the diagonal band nucleus ,dorsalpart and ventral parts of the vertical limb of the diagonal band nucleus and the horizontal limb of the diago-nal band nucleus,the majority of the connections are in reciprocation. The results of the study with fluores-cence double labeling method suggested that there are some branching projections between the variouscomponents of the septal nuclear complex.
