LBP_2对束缚应激小鼠免疫功能的影响

Protectivc Effects of LBP_2 on Immunity in Restrait-stress Mice

研究了ＬＢＰ＿２对束缚应激小鼠免疫功能的影响．小鼠在束缚应激作用１５ｈ后，脾脏和胸腺细胞对ＣｏｎＡ的增殖力、ＱＨＳ，ＤＴＨ反应和ＩＬ－２产生均明显受到抑制．应激前ＬＢＰ＿２５ｍｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）ｉｐ，连续７ｄ，束缚应激ＬＢＰ＿２组小鼠以上功能均较束缚应激对照明显增强，已接近正常．研究结果表明，ＬＢＰ＿２对束缚应激所致的免疫功能低下有明显的调节和保护作用．

The study in this work that in restraint-st ress,the effects of LBP_2 on the im-mune fuctions in mice. The present study has demonstrated that in restraint-stress 15 hours, theproliferation of splenocytes and thymocytes to ConA,QHS,IL-2 production and the DTH respon-sibility to C57BL/6J cells were inhibited obviously.LBP_2[5mg/(kg·d),ip × 7 d before the re-straint-stress] protected the immunity of mice from inhibitory effects induced by the restraint-stressor. LBP_2 had recovery effect on anti-restraint-stress induced immunosuppression. Theabove immune functions were markedly increased in the restraint─stress mice treated withLBP_2, when compared with the control.These results show that LBP_2 protected the immunity ofmice from inhibitory effects induced by the restraint-stressor.
