Analysis and maintenance of common malfunctions of the air compressor of ventilators

目的 分析呼吸机空气压缩机的常见故障和维修方法，为更好维修呼吸机空气压缩机提供借鉴。方法 回顾性分析我科1995年1月-2005年6月所发生的75例呼吸机空气压缩机故障。结果 在呼吸机空气压缩机故障中，以空气压缩机启动正常但输出压力偏低或不稳定为最多见，占53．33％（40／75）。在空气压缩机启动正常但输出压力偏低或不稳定的故障原因中又以空气压缩机输气管路漏气最常见，占22．67％（17／75），其余故障原因占30．67％（23／75）。结论 掌握呼吸机空气压缩机的工作原理，仔细检查和分析故障原因是排除呼吸机空气压缩机各类故障的关键。

Objective To analyze common malfunctions and maintenance of the air compressor of ventilators to provide references. Methods 75 cases of malfunctions of air compressor of ventilators from January 1995 to June 2005 were analyzed. Results 53.33% of malfunctions appeared under normal startup with low or unsteady pressure. 22.67% were due to air leakage of gas transmission pipeline. Conclusion Grasping principles of air compressor of ventilators, checking carefully and analyzing reasons of malfunctions play key roles in solving all kinds of malfunctions associated with air compressor of ventilators.
