摘要
山西省漳泽发电厂3号机组锅炉系前苏联“塔干罗格”锅炉厂制造的E-670-13．8-545KT型(TE-215／AC系列) 蒸汽锅炉,由于目前电厂用煤灰份较大,对省煤器磨损比较严重。采用鳍片式省煤器改造方案,可以减轻磨损,提高省煤器寿命。该炉于2004年进行改造,取得了良好效果。
The boilers of Unit 3 in Zhangze Power Plant are E- 670-13.8-545KT （TE-215/AC series） steam boilers manufac tured by ＂the tower do Rogge＂ Boiler-making Plant of former Soviet Union. Because of the high coal ash content, the erosion of economizers is quite serious. To use economizer＇s retrofitting plan with finned-tube economizer can reduce erosion and improve the economizer life. The retrofitting project was implemented in 2004 and obtained good effect.
