摘要
采用Visual Basic 6.0语言和面向对象的编程思想,开发了比例阀及其工作回路CAD软件。系统主要由比例阀选择及计算模块、比例阀回路生成模块和比例阀回路动态特性分析模块构成,可根据用户的输入,从比例阀产品数据库中选择出合适的比例阀,以图表的形式给出结果。利用AutoCAD建立了液压元件符号库和基本回路库,用户既可修改已有的回路,也可根据需要生成自己的回路。用Matlab建立了典型回路的数学模型,实现对比例阀回路的动态特性分析,并给出可视化的结果。
The CAD software for a proportional valve and its working circuit is programmed by Visual Basic 6.0 and OOP(object-oriented programming). The software includes a module for the selection and calculation of a proportional valve; a module for a proportional valve circuit; and a module for the analysis of dynamic characteristics of a proportional valve circuit. According to the input of users, the rational proportional valve can be selected from a product database, and the results can be provided in form of charts. The library of component symbols and basic proportional valve circuits, which can be modified or generated by users, is established using AutoCAD software. A mathematical model for typical circuits is established, so the dynamic characteristics analysis can be achieved and the visible results can be simulated.
