胚胎脊髓移植联合神经生长因子对大鼠脊髓完全横断修复的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察胚胎脊髓移植联合应用神经生长因子(NGF)对大鼠脊髓完全横断损伤的修复能力。方法40只W istar雌性大鼠脊髓横断后,随即分成单纯应用完整胚胎脊髓移植组(A组),完整胚胎移植联合应用NGF组(B组)。术后观察大鼠行为学变化,术后8 w处死动物进行免疫组化检查。结果移植胎体脊髓组织在脊髓横断部位存活。结论完整胚胎脊髓移植联合应用神经生长因子对大鼠脊髓完全横断损伤具有明显的治疗修复作用。
