摘要 基于铁精矿中TFe品位与SiO2含量具有一定的相关关系,利用统计技术建立TFe品位与SiO2含量的数学模型,通过回归分析、显著性检验确定鞍钢大孤山选厂、东鞍山烧结厂、齐大山选厂的铁精矿TFe品位与SiO2含量的相关关系式及(TFe+SiO2)%为常数关系,对指导选矿、烧结生产具有重要意义。预测SiO2含量,或依据TFe+SiO2%与常数值的变化判断选矿工艺条件是否发生变化或出现混料现象。 Based on the existing correlation of total iron (TFe) grade and silicon dioxide(SiO2 ) content in iron- mineral concentrate, it is feasible to develop a mathematical model using statistical method to describe the correlation of TFe grade and SiO2 content. The correlation equation of TFe grade and SiO2 was obtained using regression analysis and significance test for Dagushan Concentrator, Donganshan Sintcring Plant and Qidashan Concentrator of Anshan Iron & Steel Company. Meanwhile, the percentage of (riFe + SiO2 ) %in iron concentrate is a constant. These results are helpful and important to guide the technological process of concentrates and sintering. The manufacturer can identify the fluctuation of working condition during concentrates or the appearance of raw material mixing by predicting SiO2 content or basing on the change of the per- centage value of (TFe + SiO2 ) % .
