摘要
我国GDP的环境成本巨大,发展生态产业是发挥农村资源优势,解决农村资源环境问题的重要出路。生态产业是可持续发展和循环经济的重要内容。生态产业包括一般意义上生态农业和广义的生态产业。目前,我国发展生态产业的主要制约因素在于自然资源条件、环境质量、市场消费和科技供给等方面。我国生态产业发展的重点是生态农业、绿化产业、生态观光休闲业、生态工业园、生态社区与人居环境,以及生态产业产品的营销与贸易。
China pays a high environmental price for State GDP. Devetoping ecological industry is an important way to solve rural environmental problems and make natural resources well, Ecological industry is the major field of sustainable development and recycling economy. Ecological industry includes ecological agriculture in a common sense and general ecological industry. At present, the major restricting factors to develop ecological industry lie in natural resources＇ condition, environmental quality, market and technology supply and so on. The focal points of developing ecological industry are ecological agricultural, afforest industry, ecological industrial park, ecological community, residential environment and ecological trade ＆ marketing.
