电力系统继电保护中一种新型在线校核方法的研究

Study on A New On-line Check Method in Relay Protection of Power System

传统的继电保护装置的定值和各项性能指标,是在离线状态下根据系统的最大运行方式和最小运行方式获得的,在系统运行中保持不变。当系统处于某些特殊的运行状态时,存在保护误动的事故隐患。基于故障录波数据对保护定值进行在线校核的在线校核系统,为运行人员(或整定人员)提供参考依据,可提高电力系统安全保障体系的安全性。其进一步的发展方向是在线整定系统的实用化。

The settings and all performance indexes of traditional relay protection are obtained under off line according to the maximum and minimum operation modes, which are the constant values in operation of the systent. While the system is under certain special operation conditions, the hidden failure of protection mis- operation will be exists. The on- line check system based on failure wave recording data for check of the proteetion settings will offer the reference tn operators （ or setting operator） to improve the safety of the power system. A further progress of the method will be practical for the on - line setting system.
