花生是影响部分人群生活质量的过敏原食物之一。本文重点介绍了花生中主要过敏原Arah1、Arah2、Arah3的研究进展。
Peanut is one of the most important food allergens,which sometimes can lead to death. The research development about Ara hl, Ara h2 and Ara h3 of the major peanut allergens are introduced in detail.
