支持产品设计决策的质量信息分类研究

Study on quality information supporting concurrent design decision

对支持产品设计决策的质量信息的特点进行了分析,按照质量因素将面向产品生命周期的质量信息进行了分类。分析了产品的质量信息源以及信息源产生的质量信息。最后结合产品的设计过程,分析了每个阶段的质量信息需求,建立了产品设计开发过程和质量信息之间的需求关系。为建立企业的质量信息库、支持设计决策打下基础。

Based on analyzing the characteristics of quality information that supporting design decision, the paper firstly classifies quality information according to factors that affects product quality. Secondly, the paper analyses the sources of quality information. Finally, by analyzing the requirements for quality information at each stage in product design, the paper gives the relationship between product design process and the quality information. The researches in this paper is to developing information database to support design decision.
