摘要
基于LG97L52单片机设计了一种双CPU结构的新型数控系统,该系统将PLC的功能与MNC的功能融为一体。分析了系统的硬件结构,介绍了系统的工作原理,给出了软件设计的流程。系统既可以完成逻辑控制与定时/计数控制,又可以实现精确的位置控制与轨迹控制。批量使用结果表明,该系统功能实用、价格低廉、可靠性高,具有一定的推广使用价值。
A new type of numerical control system with double CPUs is designed, which is based on LG97L52 single-chip microcomputer and combines PLC functions with MNC functions. The hardware structure of the system is analyzed, the working principle of the system is introduced and the software flow chart is given. Not only can the logical control and timing/ counting control be realized, but accurate position control and locus control be realized as well. The result of it＇s being used in batches shows that the system has practical functions, low price and high reliability, so it has the value of being popularized.
