凝血质的标定及凝血酶原时间标准化的临床应用

本文根据ＷＨＯ孝比方法［１，２］用已知国际敏感度指数（ＩＳＩ）的凝血质对两种未知ＩＳＩ的凝血质进行了标定，并以标准形式报告ＰＴ结呆。用不同凝血质对不同病因引起的出凝血障碍的病人血标本的进行ＰＴ测定，计算其国际标准化比值（ＩＮＲ）。结果表明：虽用不同ＩＳＩ凝血质测同一标本的ＰＴ，所得ＰＴ比值ＰＴＲ（即病人标本的ＰＴ值除以参比血桨的ＰＴ值）差异较大，但所得ＩＲ值却非常接近。证实了以ＩＮＲ形式报告ＰＴ的优越性，对ＰＴ的标准化及质量控制具有一定的参考价值。

Calibration of two thromboplastin reagents were performed according to methods recommended bythe World Heal0h Organization.The INR equivalent of plasma specimens taken from 23 patients treated with oralanticoagulants were determined with three kinds of differentthromboplastin reagents,the result showed:the INRequivalents of a specimen were very similar.Furthmore,36 specimens taken from all kinds of patients with PT pro-longing were determined with two kinds of thromboplastins.The result showed:the PTRs of a specimen were dif-ferent,but the INR equivalent were very similar.The calibration of thromboplastin is important for standardizatonand quality control of the PT.
