摘要
研究了用超声波法制备大豆胚芽油对异黄酮和皂甙的提取率的影响。超声波浸提最佳条件为温度50℃、浸提时间40min、固液比1∶12、超声波功率450W,该条件下出油率高、油质色泽好。此条件下胚芽出油率为10.02%,得率分别为1.37%和3.56%。亚麻酸含量占总脂肪酸的23.8%。
The article focuses on the affect of the embryo-oil preparation to the isoflavone and saponin. With the ultrasonic extraction(450W), the best condition was 50%, solid-liquid ratio1:12, and distilling 40min. The exceeding oil ratio is 10.02%, the extraction ratio of isoflavone is 1.37%, and the extraction ratio of saponin is 3.56%. The content of linolenic is 23.8%.
