A Web-based Monitoring System of the Running Status of the Digital Manufacturing Shop

为了提高制造系统的运行效率和透明度,研究开发了基于Web数字化生产车间的运行状态监测系统,实现了对现场生产过程中各种生产状态信息的采集与管理。在工业自动化基础上,该系统通过Web使生产实时数据能够直接到达生产监测、管理与控制等环节,从而实现数字化生产车间的自动化管理。系统采用B/S构架的软件开发模式,实现了灵活的信息采集与管理。

In order to increase the efficiency and transparency of manufacturing system, this paper discusses a web-based monitoring system of the running status of the digital manufacturing shop. With the system, realtimed information is sent to monitoring, management and control manufacturing sectors per web and the automarion management of the digital manufacturing shop is performed. This system can complete on site information acquisition and management of manufacturing system is established by using a soft development process. The smart information acquisition and management mode with B/S architecture.
